The Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, or “FCRA”, secures for all individuals within the state of Florida freedom from discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status. Like the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act also prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation, such as theme parks and hotels.
